Shipping And Returns

 GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

Thank you for shopping at Khabo Designs! Our aim is to provide you with the best value and most reliable shipping and delivery as possible. Shipping and delivery costs vary depending on what you buy and where you live. Please note that Khabo Designs uses the most reliable third party parcel services and does not make money from shipping charges. Rather, we're always working towards reducing shipping costs. In very limited situations, postage surcharge fees may apply to remote locations.

 

We ship via parcel service within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of order. Your exact shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and will be incurred by you (the customer) with exception of promotions or codes specified.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Multiple Items & multiple orders

Wherever possible we’ll ship your items together. However, if you made different shopping cart purchases, we might not be able to ship your items together unless you notify us via e-mail (khabodesigns@gmail.com) before your first order dispatch.

 

3 DAY, 2ND DAY & NEXT DAY RUSH DELIVERY

3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Rush services are available for orders shipping to the continental US. All 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day rush orders received by 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day. The exact shipping rate calculated at checkout and will be incurred by you (the customer).

 

PO BOXES & APO BOXES

Sorry but for the time being, we are unable to ship to PO or APO Boxes. A physical address must be provided for all orders

 

ORDERS SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & US TERRITORIES

Please allow 7–9 business days for delivery. A  shipping surcharge applies to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories. The exact shipping rate calculated at checkout and will be incurred by you (the customer).

 

ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA

All of our products ship from within the United States. Our prices are shown in US dollars.

Our in-stock items can ship standard or expedited to Canada via FedEx International. Please note that brokerage fees, import taxes and/or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. Your order should arrive approximately 10-14 days from the time of delivery. The exact shipping rate calculated at checkout and will be incurred by you (the customer).

 

RETURNS

At Khabo Designs, we want you to LOVE your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product we will do our best to make things right.  You may return most new and unused items, except for final sale or clearance items, within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

  1. Please contact us via khabodesigns@gmail.com to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit). Please indicate the reason for your return. If the item(s) was damaged while in shipping or defective in any way, please let us know and we will take care of it.

 

  1. We can arrange the return for you. Upon your request, we will send you a return label to attach to the parcel and take to your nearest Post Office. If you wish to arrange the return for yourself, please label the parcel you send back to us. You need to include your name and order number.

          

  1. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund (less the return cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items and confirming they are in original condition.

  

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In case you receive an item that has physical damage that occurred during shipping, please notify us within 2 days via email at khabodesign@gmail.com with the photos and explanation of damages.  Once reviewed, we will get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.  

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:  

All Khabo Designs products are handcrafted. Due to the nature of the products, there may be slight variations in size, color, texture and finish. These are not considered flaws, and just represent a part of a unique handcrafted product. If you feel your product has a flaw or defect, please contact us at khabodesign@gmail.com within 2 days of customer receipt. Please make sure you include pictures of the items.  Once reviewed, we will notify you of next steps. Without proof of defect/purchase, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

The return shipping costs required to ship the item back to our facility are always paid by the customer. Please contact khabodesigns@gmail.com for a shipping quote and shipping label.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.

When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system.

In some cases, it is possible cancel backordered items on your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.

If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value.
